Empower EQ serves individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those re-entering society from prison, single mothers, domestic violence survivors, returning veterans, high school non-completers, and individuals recovering from serious illness.

Empower EQ offers programs focused on Effective Communication, Active Listening, Collaboration, Conflict Resolution, Leadership with Empathy, and Team Building to enhance workforce readiness and professional advancement.
